At Happily Living, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your premium lifestyle products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Item must not be on the non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items and cosmetics
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item: Send the package to the return address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)

Important: Do not ship returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and send a prepaid label
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
  • You may be asked to return the defective item at our expense

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with your order details
  • We will send the correct item at no additional cost
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Refund Exceptions

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Item shows signs of use or wear
  • Item is returned without original packaging or tags
  • Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be issued in USD and converted by your bank.
